These Terms and Conditions govern the use of dentmasterglobal.pro (the “Website”) and the commercial relationship with DENT MASTER GLOBAL SAS, registered office 12 Rue de la Part-Dieu, 69003 Lyon, France (SIREN 951834456, VAT FR17951834456) — hereinafter “DENT MASTER GLOBAL”, “we”. By using the Website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.
1. PURPOSE
The Website presents and offers paintless dent repair (PDR) tools, equipment and professional training courses, and allows requests for information, quotes and orders.
2. PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND PRICES
Product and course information is indicative; minor differences may occur. Prices are shown in the applicable currency and may include or exclude VAT depending on the customer’s status and country. Prices may change without prior notice for orders not yet confirmed.
3. ORDERS
Orders may be placed through the Website, by phone or by e-mail. An order is confirmed only after acceptance by DENT MASTER GLOBAL. You undertake to provide accurate and complete data.
4. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Payment methods and delivery times, costs and conditions are communicated at order confirmation and depend on the product/service and destination. Risk passes to the customer on delivery. For training courses, the schedule and start date are communicated separately.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (consumers)
Consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. For customers in the Republic of Moldova, the equivalent right applies under Law No. 105/2003 on consumer protection. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications, to sealed goods unsealed after delivery, or to training services already started with the consumer’s agreement. Business (B2B) purchases are governed by the contract.
6. WARRANTY / CONFORMITY
Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity applicable in the customer’s jurisdiction. Claims are sent to the contact details below.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content of the Website — texts, images, logos, the name “DENT MASTER GLOBAL”, training materials and design — belongs to DENT MASTER GLOBAL SAS or is used under licence and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Reproduction or use without prior written consent is prohibited.
8. LIABILITY
DENT MASTER GLOBAL makes reasonable efforts to keep the Website accurate and available but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation and is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Website. Technical information is provided for guidance.
9. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, an integral part of these Terms, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the consumer’s country of residence. Disputes shall be resolved amicably where possible; failing that, by the competent courts, in accordance with applicable law. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
